Driving home tonight, I ran over a branch in the road and it tore my paneling on the passenger side just behind front seat.

Has anyone replaced this before? If so, how hard is it? Any special tools needed?

The torn part is dragging and it's driving me nuts!

BTW, can anyone confirm is the part # 51757241834 is accurate? I looked at the realOEM site and it's a bit confusing as to which panel I might need.. I need to get under it when it's a bit warmer to try and figure this out as the pics on the real OEM site is confusing..
