BWchiptune remap E91 330d
Well today I made the long trip from Bridgwater in Somerset to BWchiptune in London for a remap on my 2010 E91 330d.
I have to say that everything I've read about them is all true. Jason, Chris and Darren are top blokes and when it comes to tuning, they really do know their stuff. It was a long day but well worth it. I stayed for the whole process and the guys were more than happy to answer any questions I had. If anyone is thinking of a remap, these are the guys to do it. Proper remapping and not just loading a generic map. Anyway, I'm really pleased with the results. Power is up from a measured 236bhp to 317bhp! Torque is up from a measured 413lbft (560nm) to 497lbft (673nm)! |

I bought mine (231bhp) remapped. The receipt claims 305bhp and 660nm of torque. I’ve no idea how close to that it is as I don’t have a dyno sheet but it certainly goes very well indeed, still impresses me 10 months into ownership. The only down side is it does smoke a bit when I floor it. Do they all do that after a remap?
