LOL. Philly cops are definitely feeling mixed emotions right now. Maybe the cold will keep the loonies inside.

Very good game, particularly ending score. Shitty halftime. Kinda shitty commercials too.

Glad it went down to the wire but where was the defense out there? Almost felt like a pro bowl game.

Not sure there IS a defense out there that can contain these two
Sorta imagined a horserace out there and the Pats lost by a stretch
but of course they had to burn the city down.. loot to boot

Naw, Eagles won because New England didn't have a defense that was up to par this year. Here are Brady's stats, pretend the Patriots won and tell me what you think:

505 yards passing, 3 TD, 0 interceptions, 58.3% completions, passer rating of 115.4

Those are not stats that belong to a player that has lost a step.

It was a shot out Eagles out scored Pats in 3 quarters. Was a nail biter for sure. Glad the Eagles held on. I'll be hoping to see some of the parade from my office (if it is still there, or open)!

2008 Phillies parade was insane. This parade will dwarf that one.

Fantastic battle of a game. So psyched that they won, finally. Thinking about heading out for the parade. Gonna be epic.

Congrats philly for winning SB LII from a Pats fan!

Never thought Foles can light it up, not just 1 game but 3 straight. Well deserved.

But theres one thing everyone havent talked about (rightfully so if your not a Pats fan) Is that why the fuk belachick benched Malcom Butler at the last mins before kickoff? Coach didnt tell the team till kickoff and everyone was like WTF???!!! Im not making excuses but thats a huge hit on Pats defense not just the fact the one of the best corners isnt playing but everyone had to adjust at the last minute.

Anyways, even if Butler played the Eagles could still win but Belachick risked a SB win just to show his authority as a coach...for me thats some bullshit!

Butler was in charge of packing and forgot to pack (or intentionally didn't pack) a hoodie for Belichick, packing only a purplish sweatshirt with the sleeves cut off for him. Belichick was pissed. Coaches decision.

Thanks, it was a fantastic battle. Eagles played as a great team with Foles taking charge. Bill is an odd guy. Doesn't present a nice image as a person. And yes it was an authority thing by the sounds of it - odd if it hurts the team.

Thanks for you comments. The Pats didn't lose this one the Eagles won and a couple of plays separated the 2.

Cant exactly argue with Belachek as he certainly knows what he is doing
Ya can argue with the results but it came down to the last minutes and lets face it if the Eagle D didnt strip that ball, the Pats would have likely won this one
Not sure what Butler did but Belachek understands that a foundation of organization is discipline

now an interesting question.. obviously Foles starts next year right?
