I'm a strong supporter of the dogs trust but there's no way I'm donating into a private PayPal account of one of their dog walkers get the centre to set up a campaign for you for these harnesses get a legit link on their site to a legit just giving page or similar and you might get donations but into your own PayPal yeah right, would rather buy some and deliver them to them myself!

I agree that this was probably the wrong way to go about trying to get the money together for this, but it is admirable. Normally places like the dogs home have an Amazon wishlist of something like that, or as Rent-A-Goat said (albeit in a really poor way!), get MDH to set up a paypal acct / JustGiving page for this, and we can put money in to that there.

Also contact or get the DT fundraising management office to contact the manufacturer, I'm sure the prices could be made a lot keener for a charity too especially a british isles wide multi centre setup also as well as adopt me why not I've been adopted for ones for new owners would be better than the collars you get from them and they could be incorporated in with the adoption bag/cost of adoption each new owner pays. I won't apologise for my first post, I was blunt as I do things like this for charities I support and I know all how often these ideas are good but are all too often easily abused for individual gain. If you have a good idea approach the charity take it on with their consent/help/endorsement/trust then go and hit it hard plug the hell out of it and get it working for them.
