Actually, if you want to watch something painful, try to find John Lober's fight against Ryushi Yanagisawa under one of the Pancrase tours in the mid-late '90's. At the end of the fight, they trade foot/ankle locks for what seems like an eternity. They're both cranking on the other's foot/ankle REALLY bad. When Lober's ankle finally gave, it was actually a relief. For any of you that have any submission grappling experience and know what it's like to actually be in that situation where you're trading subs with someone, it's worse 'cause you actually know what it feels like......ick......I'm not squeamish but watching the fight...you knew something was going to break. That suspense was far worse than the actual break. The funny thing was that after the break, Lober was calm and collected and you can hear him saying to the ref, "What?.....oh.....it's broken?" and he was telling Ryushi that it was okay.
