Lambda Probe Not Setting for OBD2 Readiness.
Edit: RESOLVED. Poor throttle body seal with the AFE intake caused unmetered air to enter and threw everything off. Fix this and reset everything, and the Lambda Probe became "ready" within two short drives
Hello gents, I'm at my wits end here and extremely frustrated with my car not setting for an e-test. I have kittyless headers and a stock "330i" Bimmerlabs flash with a disabling of the catalyst CEL. Background info:
Data: Is there any other data I can monitor to find out why the hell the monitor isn't setting? I've already been ticketed for an expired e-test and I just want this stupid thing to work already, lol. EDIT: I've logged some data based on @rjahl's Custom Jobs (thanks for the contribution!) on Testo: Lastly, aftermarket tune and full throttle.

In my two years of ownership, I haven't changed the pre-cat O2. Except a post-cat O2 recently.
The voltage/resistance and the running values seem okay in INPA though. Is the data showing any indication of needing new O2s?

If anyone can suggest what jobs to monitor in Testo so I can pull some useful data to resolve this, that would be greatly appreciated.

Don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure I was told that for the Bimmerlabs 130i tune a lot of the emissions readiness data wasn't even accounted for, since a lot of the data was originally from a Euro tune.
Might be the same for the 330i tune.

Okay so I did some pulls with the custom jobs in Testo that a member here graciously uploaded. Using those data parameters I have data logged a normal driving and WOT run in 2nd/3rd.
I also noticed the rubber boot to the throttle body on my AFE intake was not fully seated (must've happened after the damn dealership did the recall work on my car a few months ago). This may have been letting in some unmetered air, causing the engine to dump in more fuel and run rich - might explain the poor fuel economy despite both O2s looking okay in INPA (at least while stationary). Luckily I had a new spare boot on hand and installed it. I went out and did some more logging after the repair, both normal driving and some WOT runs. These CSV files are attached in zip archives below. If anyone with knowledge on how to analyze this stuff could take a look, that would be fantastic! Interesting. If that's true then that could explain some issues.
