How to remove f30/31 rear view mirror?

Could someone help on how to remove f30/31 rear view mirror? This is not the twist and remove version of the mirror. See attached images.

Does one have to push up or down? Cant seem to find much info on this on youtube or elsewhere.

Thanks @Billfitz. I was able to find the instructions based on your link. Looks like one would just need to pull down. There is a photo showing direction of pull as well.

I will do this on the weekend and update.
