Talking New Wheels

These arrived today , brought by a nice man from T&T

that is one of the fronts, the rears have a much deeper lip

matt black spokes with polished lips

stagered 19" wheels - 225 fronts / 265 rears

i like the extra protection for the wheel nuts, they are all behind the centre plate/cover which is a pain to remove as they take ages to undo all the star bolts ( which is a good thing - theft wise ) i have allready got some more of these bolts in black to replace the silver ones (just the center ones, as this was the only bit i didnt like about the wheel)

not to everyones taste i know but on my saphire black car , with the general black theme , they are gonna look

yeah i know, mine gets pollished and stroked ( ) more than it goes out, certainly never sees any rain !

they are scary things i agree, i drive my car harder than i ride my bike, im a very careful rider ( some would say boring, but they dont tend to live long ) besides its a dam good bike to pose on so there is no need to ride it fast

Very wise,I have seen too many horrible accidents over the years. One involving a fireblade and a head on with a 911 on a blind crest sticks in my mind.

Look after it and go careful, but I think you are the very sensible kind of biker.Posing is much more fun!

Wheels look nice What make and how much do they weigh? If you're going up to 265 on the rear. Have you considered upping to 235 at the front to keep the same balance?

They would be no use for off roading.

A little bit of mud and you would be cleaning them for weeks.

Trigger: And that's what I've done. Maintained it for 20 years. This old brooms had 17 new heads and 14 new handles in its time.

Sid :How the hell can it be the same bloody broom then?

Trigger :Theres the picture. What more proof do you need?

Priceless moment in TV history
