So every car guy goes through phases where they go back and forth in their head so many times and opinions from others can help so, here we are.

I have a pre lci e90 and have already converted the rear to lci m sport. I am having a change of heart and am now thinking to do the car in pre lci m sport attire rather than lci m sport attire. If you had a pre lci e90, would you keep the exterior pre lci and then go m sport or would you do lci M-Sport all around?

If we're just talking about which looks better, LCI definitely. However, if it's a cost-benefit thing, I'd say stick with pre-LCI. I have one of each, and while I think the LCI looks 10x better than pre-LCI stock-vs-stock, there are some things you can do to level the playing field uniquely. I put the blackline taillights on, I swapped the headlight reflectors with european clear ones, and I replaced the front bumper with an M3-replica and the rear with an M-sport. Looks great in my mind!

I am in the same boat as you, I have a pre-LCI 335i also. I currently have the blackline taillights and enjoy that look, thinking maybe just the M-Sport rear bumper and possibly M-Tech front bumper (pre-LCI version) as not many people go with the pre-LCI look. Most switch to the M3-rep bumper and I think why not be different. Just my thoughts and opinions for now. Keep us updated with what you are thinking of doing.

P.S. I do think the LCI M-Sport front looks better than pre-LCI
