Question BLACK E92 (355) racing a BLUE impreza in Blyton today

Was this an e90post guy?

If so, I passed you in a silver e92 just before you both overtook a car and I was wondering what the outcome was?

Racing through Blyton, now that would be scary. The roads either side of Blyton are good for a blast (towards Gainsborough or toward Laughton) but I always take it very steady through the village, some nasty bends and on-road parking.

I had a good tussle with a V8 Vantage heading out of Scotter, past Laughton Forest and toward Blyton in my SSTT 335i. This was a couple of weeks back now though. I haven't seen a black e92 around these parts either, so I'm not sure if it is a local car.

It wasnt actually in Blyton.

I was heading home and they were just coming around the second corner where the burger van sits on the way to gainsborough just after leaving Blyton.

Nice to have a fellow e90poster near by.

I've not seen the car either. in fact mine is the only e92 local to Blyton as far as i know.

Raced my friend's 997 Turbo over the weekend... So much fun, although my SSTT is still no match for the Turbo...

His 6th gear is like mine in 4th...

I live in Scotter and I know of a Sparkling Graphite M3 that resides in Laughton. Must get a mini meet sorted some time .

Im actually from Lincoln originally (true yellow belly!!) - lived in Nettleham and then Dunholme for many years before going to Uni in Nottingham - after graduating i worked for a legal practice in Gainsborough called Andrew Jay & Co for a year - what a rotten shit hole Gainsborough is - had to defend many a naughty scallywag in that one horse town!!!! There are some good roads around them there parts though thats for sure!!

Thanks for the life story Gotta agree with you there. Gainsborough is a bit of a dive. The locals also seem like they are about 10 years behind.

Lincoln born and bred too, but I had the huge misfortune to attend Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School (as it was then called) in Gainsborough - what a shithole.
