F30 M Performance lip differences

Hi all

I've seen replica M Performance front spoilers with "3 fixing points" claiming it is stronger than the OEM which only has one in the centre.

Are there any reports of there being a need for 3 fixing points over 1?

Were there issues with the OEM?

i didnt use the two side mounting screws and have a rep ebay lip with just the two screws in the center and it's been great for 3+ year

This is the center two screws

Not true. OEM has 3 fixing points in the middle. Ive owned a replica and recently installed a OEM.

I compared both in detail and weighed both and found the OEM to be stronger
