Gloss or Matte Front Splitter?

Hi everyone,

I just finished installing a new splitter on my F32 and I went with a gloss black finish to match the grilles, wing mirrors and spoiler. I'm not sure on the look though as my rear diffuser is in matte finish and the side decal is matte too.

I'm kinda torn, do you think I should return this and replace it with a matte one to match the the rear diffuser and side decal or do you think it looks okay as it is?

I think the look should be consistent. Swap whatever is cheaper, which sounds like it would be to swap the spoiler.

I personally prefer the gloss because it looks more “high quality”. I had the matte front spoiler on before and it looked a little cheap. After painting gloss black, it think it looks way better.

That's what I thought as well, it looks higher quality when painted. What paint did you use for yours?

Gloss, looks better. When I had my car in the shop to have the front re-painted I had them paint the lip/diffuser gloss. Looks great.

Gloss, not a huge fan of matte for any exterior parts.

I have semi-gloss. Matte looks like its not there and gloss looks too plastic. The road dirt also sandblasts the gloss.

Do you have any pictures? I'm stuck trying to pick a gloss or matte setup for mine and now you've added a third option.
