I was wondering if i didnt get the S/P on the e90 and i wanted to upgrade with oem parts what do i have to do. also with the suspension
kit does it upgrade the shocks or only the springs, because when i called bmw they dont know or are to lazy to find out. also someone told me that the S/P suspension only changes the springs not the shocks of the car, can somebody please help. thanks

Do a thread search on 'sport'. I think there was one with a title about 'did i mess up not getting a sport suspension' or something to that effect that deals with your question.

Sport suspension changes the following

1) Front and Rear Shocks
2) Front and Rear Springs
3) Front Shock guide tubes
4) Front Stabilizer Bar ( Anti roll bar )

sports suspension lowers the car by 15mm. my current e46 323i has sports suspension as does my e90 325.

andylee97 ...
I have the same problem and posted a thread here...
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1553

Cant believe what a great response I got. It has helped me feel better about my decision. Although its too late to change my order to add the SP, I will style my e90 - 325i with the wheels first. I'm getting the Hartge Classic 2 19"x9 front-----19"x10 rear. I will see how it looks...then decide to change the springs to lower it if need to. I didnt get the SP cause I rather spend the $$$ on my Xenon and idrive nav which i got. I can live with the standard seats and steering wheel(although starting now to wish for the SP steering wheel cause you can add the wood trim on it. Dont think you can add trim to the standard wheel)
