It is with much sadness that I contemplate the sale of my 335i. In July 2007 I took European Delivery of this beautiful titanium silver on black 335i Coupe. My wife, 2 sons and I spent 3 weeks touring Europe in this gorgeous car. Needless to say it holds many great memories!

I have thoroughly enjoyed this car and sincerely believe it is the finest BMW I have ever owned. For what it's worth, I have owned 14 BMW's and am a long time BMW CCA member.

On to the car... As I said, it is a 2007 335i Coupe 6-speed, Silver/Black leather, Sport, Premium, Cold Weather, Navigation, Rear Shade, 6FL, Hi Def Radio, Sirius, Comfort Access and PDC. It currently has 21,400 miles on it.

No accidents or incidents...all of the paint on every panel is original. I have fanatically maintained this car from start to finish...it gets wiped down daily and waxed monthly. I have never put it through an automatic car wash, nor has any valet ever driven it. Other than during the ED, it has never spent a night or day outside...it goes from garage at home to garage at work. While it does have typical rock chips on the front, they in no way detract from the beauty of this car. There are no dings or dents on any panel. The wheels have no curb rash, although there are some chips from mounting tires and from normal use. Note that at every wash the backs of the wheels are cleaned so they look very new.

The car got its first oil change at 2,500 miles, then again at 7,500. BMW did another change at 12,500. From a mechanical perspective the car is 100% perfect with no known problems or concerns. I would happily jump in and drive cross country. The car has been very reliable and thoroughly enjoyable.

The interior is spotless and appears as new. Everything works exactly as it should. Once you have lived with the instant traffic feature of the nav system, you will never live without it.

So why am I selling it and for how much? I am selling it because I need to start driving carpool. The e92 worked great when I was just driving my own 2 kids to school (which I did every day) but now I need to drive 4...

PRICE: $37,999. [NEW AS OF 1-12-09] Included in this price is a set of relatively new (10,000 miles) Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Spec tires (mounted) and a Colgan bra. The tires are a GREAT upgrade from the OE RFT tires offering both a better ride and more grip.

The lease is $709/mo including CA Sales Tax. The lease end date is June 2009. The only cost associated with assuming the lease is the BMWFS documentation fee.

The car is still under warranty and covered by full maintenance. It is a no excuses, no BS, unmolested car. This one would make a great platform for building your dream e92 or for enjoying as is. I prefer a local sale but am willing to ship at buyer's expense.
