space gray is what I got
Well this is funny cuz when i was buying my 335i, i had all the above colors to consider execept the lemans blue and jet black. I decided to go with space gray, and here's why. At first I absolutely LOVED montego blue, and it is super sexy. Then as time went by it began to look too "boy racer" ish, plus it is very easy for cops to notice a bimmer in Montego Blue as opposed to space gray. So then I wanted white, which is nice. But I quickly realized that being a guy, white looked way too girly for me. White has a very elegant look to it, dont get me wrong, but a bit feminine for me. Finally space gray was just the obvious choice. The way it gleams in the sun is just gorgeous, its not too overstated, and doesnt dirty very easily. Everyone of my friends who have seen my car in person will compliment on the color. Also space grey doesnt look fantastic in photos. I didnt even consider jet black because it just kinda made the bmw too low profile. All the details of the body kit blended in with the black color, then again it is all preference. But outta those colors, montego blue or space grey for sure if it were me. Hope that helps! Here are pics of my car for you to see how you like space gray. |

Between those colors I would pick Jet Black, Not usually a fan of Black, but when paired with Saddle Brown it looks very nice. I used to think I wanted Space Gray until I saw one on the road, was way too dull looking, sorry azntripledragon.

I chose Space as well. I wanted to get Corel in the interior so that limited my choices and I wanted a light colored paint so graphite was out.
People still notice the car even with the gray paint. Cops dont though. |

The best is either black, gray, white, red or blue. Or maybe green. But definitely one of those. We should have a poll!

Shoulda thought about that before you bought it ....... if the car is a daily driver then yeah, it would suck trying to keep up. Mine started out as a daily driver ........ now it waits for the weekends to come out and play

I just would like to state that my first choice is Sparkling Graphite, then Monaco Blue, and then Jet Black.

I got Alpine White E90 for 5 reasons:
1. Car seems more substantial with AW. 2. Body contour lines are more pronounced with AW. 3. The taillight looks best with AW. 4. Easier to clean and hide swirls than most dark colors. 5. Cheaper. Other than that, I also like Sparkling Graphite. |

I got Jet Black, which looks (imho) best when clean, but that's only about 2hrs after washing it It's a pain to maintain, and I can't say I'd get it again. My next car will probably be a variation of gray... I really like Space Gray (sparkling graphite has too much 'purple' for me).

Le Mans and Montego get you noticed -- not quite in your face Red, but still pretty loud. In spite of that I got Montego. I still love it, but it is a cross to bear if you prefer to be low key. AW is great for practicality and saves $. Not sure what colors will work best with the new black trim with the ZSP.
