0.6 Nm Torque. How?

Hi Folks,

My Noctua CPU cooler wants me to torque it onto my CPU at 0.6 Nm. I don't own that torque wrench!
~ 5.3 inch/lb
~ .44 ft/lb
How would you all go about this, pls?

TIA! Murf

I've never torqued down screws holding a heatsink down to any spec. I would just evenly "torque" down the screws to the point where you feel decent resistance and then stop.

I've don this on a myriad of computer hardware to include servers costing in the 5 figures and have never had a problem. I've also observed other techs that don't torque the screws to a spec. It's all by feel. But with what you've shown with the 5.3 in lb spec, it's not a lot of torque/force.
