335i OEM+ Performance?

I have been driving and servicing tuned cars for the last 10 years.
During those years I have loved exploiting the engine potential but hated the added complexity when trouble shooting issues and have had my share of bureaucracy in inspections (road-worthiness every 2nd year).
Unlike what I have been doing in the past, I want to plan what to do with the car. Do it all at once. And then enjoy the car, rather than keep modding it.
I’m an experienced hobby wrencher but I’m all new to the BMW world.

Car
2012 F30 335i (PWG)

My goal with the car is
400 crank HP
Not to change anything unnecessary
Keep OEM looks in engine bay
Reliable daily driver

The plan so far
Wagner downpipe with catalytic converter
Wagner intercooler EVO2
Charge pipe
GFB DV+
BM3 Stage 2 91 octane

Questions
Will these parts (alone) get me to my goals?
Is the diverter valve unnecessary?
Should I get the Performance or Competition intercooler?

no it wont be needed. it doesnt add power.

Main thing i would add to above is that wagner catted DP will not get your cat into emissions ready state based on most users' experience. Not sure if that is a concern in Denmark (based on your inspection comment).

Either IC is fine for FBO really. You can do some research on bar and plate vs. tube and fin (e.g., https://www.wagner-tuning.uk/blog/pe...mpetition.html), but it's not really going to make a tangible difference for stock turbo street use. Some will argue turbo lag or other things with bar and plate but it was imperceptible to me, especially once tuned.

Also, DV+ isnt really needed for stock turbo either. IC + CP + DP + tune will get you close to your goal.

Look up DIY Guy on YouTube. He talked about this subject and upgrading fueling with stock turbo and the above mods and that helped him push even more power with what you have listed.

I wouldn’t get a Wagner at all. It’s too small, and costly for any serious use.

Otherwise, expect to have a good tune, maybe a good fuel pump - But I’ve seen guys run e30 on the stock pump, so you may be ok. If you plan on staying with OTS, a MHD tune is a good bet. They seem to have the PWG dialed in well.

Are there any catted DP where this is not a problem?

It's simply whats available in Denmark. What is a better alternative so I can check out if importing something is realistic.

Honestly, my comment was wrong. The Wagner typically carries a price premium, but it’s performance doesn’t really back it up. It will do better than OEM, and good for the street but despite its name, it’s not for competition or track use.

Do you have access to DO88?
VRSF?

VRSF doesn't seem to exist in Europe.

DO88 is in next door country Sweden, so that is realistic. It's a shame they don't offer a DP.

Fabspeed and AA are guaranteed to pass emissions. I have fabspeed, and i have confirmed catalyst monitor will go into ready state. AA is newer to market, but they are reputable so i trust their claim. CG precision should also, but its less commonly used. You pay a premium price for these, however.

The Fabspeed is too expensive. The AA is EWG only.

Ah, forgot you were PWG. Well, if you don't need to pass emissions, then just have your pick of the many catted DPs on the market. And if you don't care about smell, go catless.
