E90 - electrical problem

Hello ,
My car is a BMW E90 , 318i , from 2006 , and I have a electrical problem . When I start the car , starter it does not spin with enough force . I was in service where it was change my battery and rebuild my starter , after that , one start it was spin powerful . After everything came back . Second time I was change starter , and 2 weeks it was spin powerful with this starter (new one , but not OE , is aftermarket ), after this 2 weeks all come back . I was go and rerebuild the OEM starter and put back …but not powerful start . What to check ? I tied up the minus from body to the engine , but nothing improve . What to check , what to do ? I put a link how is need to spin :

Thank you !

Measure the battery voltage and make sure it's over 12.4.
Put a full slow charge on the battery and see if it effects
the symptoms for starters.
Any aftermarket equipment that could cause a battery drain?
measure voltage at starter.

Yes , i have over 12.4v , and now i have starter OEM rebuilt . I will try to connect multimeter at starter to measure voltage at starter . Anyway , i think is ok to make a slow full charge at battery . And i don't have any equipment aftermarket to cause a battery drain ... my car is stock .
