30FF no power to the boost solenoids

Hey guys first time poster will give you a quick recap of the situation.

Bought a E92 335 2007 last year with full bolt on and a JB4 car ran great for the whole summer no problems at all and since i live in Sweden i put the car in winter storage during the winter.

During the storage time i decided to upgrade the charge pipe since that was original and i did not disconnect the battery while doing so and by accident i touched the generator with my ratchet and it came a big spark anyway i completed the install and started the car everything seemed normal no codes or funny noises did not think more of that.

And now its summer and i finnaly can take it out of the garage and i have 0 boost so i started to troubleshoot what i've done so far

Checked car for codes and only a 30FF code pops out after you floor it for a while

Checked chargepipe for leaks

Checked hoses from intercooler

Changed all vacuum lines

Checked all fuses in the glovebox and the 50 AMP in the ECU box

Checked both actuators so they close the wastegates

All seem fine so now today i checked the boost solonoids and i T'd in to them and checked the vacuum while idleing, It came out at 0 on both solonids then i checked the canisters and i had vaccum in them so i then proceded with applying 12v and vaccum to the solonids and they appear to be bleeding it out normaly and clicks when applying power so that just leaves me thinking they dont get any power from the harness?

Is there a fuse for that harness or something im totaly out of idéas would appreciate some help!

EDIT 18 May: So tonight i decided to clean the connections for the boost solonoids and test the same vaccum test on them again and to my surprise i got a reading on the gauge around 6-10 inhg on idle and 25ish when driving full throttle but still no boost.. guess there is a leak after all

You've definitely blown a fuse... check your junction box behind the glove compartment... seems like no power to yourboos solenoids

I pulled all fuses from the glovebox when i did the troubleshooting a few days ago and they all seemed fine to me guess i have to recheck them if i missed something

Edit: Found out when browsing that there are 5 more fuses in the ECU box that i haven't checked will post back with results!

Went to work on the car today again

Pulled all fuses in glovebox again, They are all fine

Pulled all the fuses in the ECU box under the hood, They are all fine,

Tried installning a new battery - No difference

Fully removed JB4 from Ecu - No diffrence

Only thing that happend was after i swapped the battery i got a 2EE6 (cooling fluid sensor) and the radiator fan started in full speed, Shut the car down and cleared the code and started it up again and it was all normal again,

Feels like i've tried everything now anyone got any more idéas before have to call the dealership =/?

Well it came after you upgraded the chargepipe so that must be it, convert back to stock chargepipe with all new O rings and clamps and try again.

Reinstalled and tested the old charge pipe (same O-ring tho) and i had the same results no power a few days ago so it should not be that, Unless i installed it wrong or something

You should do it sooner rather than later. Smoke tests usually reveal the cheaper, easier to fix boost issues that save your wallet.

this is gunna sound basic ... but unplug your boost solenoids, spray the connections of the plug and the solenoid with electric cleaner, then put some dialetric grease on the plugs, the push them back in very firmly.

i was chasing a boost leak and it was driving me nuts, i had brand new solenoids!

i did the above and realized I was gettin 30FF b/c likely one of my boost solenoids had a poor connection.

Going to try and buy some stuff so i can pressure test it tomorrow if i can find them in stock.

Did you perhaps damage the MAP sensor or harness wiring when you where changing out the charge pipe?

Vac line going from the DV to the intake manifold?

Tried to do a pressure test but i need to find a way to hold the inlets in place since they dont hold any pressure and its almost inpossible to hear any other leaks over that leak, also tried to hook it straight to the chargepipe and spray soapy water around the throttlebody and siliconpipe to the intercooler, could not find any bubles
there.. Will probably give it another try but i dont got high hopes

So i booked a time at the dealer for troubleshooting in 2 weeks.

I hope that is not the case the car ran just fine when putting it away for storage, would be wierd if they decided to just selfdestruct

Well, I let my car idle up to temp twice over the winter. And I think in my first drive, I hit boost once and that was the end of it.
