If you haven't received a refund from an out of state company in 3 going on 4 months. And everytime you call you get the run around, telling you to call back in a couple days. I have been trying to get a refund of my deposit from a company called auto warranty broker since June. And I haven't gotten it back yet. They keep telling me that they forward my cancellation and still haven't heard anything back. I am tired of hearing this. Where do I need to contact? I already contacted the BBB, they told the BBB that they have refunded my money but they haven't. So I let the BBB know this, but I am pretty sure there is somewhere I can call and file another complaint. Thanks

There address is out of North Hollywood, CA, but the BBB in Virginia is handling the complaint.

No I was thinking of getting an extended warranty through them for my M. So I sent them the downpayment to start it, but 2 days later I found a better warranty through a differnt company. And if you cancel within 30 days your are to receive a full refund. But I haven't gotten it back yet.
