Piggyback fuse (tap) advice

After some advice on piggyback fuses. I understand there is a load (+12v) side and draw side on fuses.

Looks like bmw have coloured the load side? Can anyone confirm if the coloured side in the fuse box is the load side? Which way should this piggyback fuse go? Pics attached

On another piggy back (ignition live wire) wires accidentally touched when moving them around near accessory at front of car, however this blew the fuse on the piggyback for the cars and not my accessories fuse? Is this normal?

When in doubt pull the fuse, then check the voltage at both ends of the socket. There won't be any voltage at the load side.

Am just about too.

If you pull a fuse out and look into it they have colour coded one side.

Done

The coloured sides are the draw (cold).
