No, they are a different shape. I'm sure it can be done but you will also need to replace several panels on the car (new boot for example).

Why don't you change your standard lights for the OEM blackline rear lights? They would really suit your car.

You could tint the white reverse part red, will still have a white enough reverse to it. It may look odd, but a few coats and oven baked should do the trick to match up to the rest of the lights.

What gas mark setting? Will the toothpick method for checking doneness still work?

haha.. I have never done it myself, I did buy the tint paint to do it to my VW Golf back in the day, but never used it.

I reckon use a sharp knife instead of toothpick... I normally take out the largest one I can find, much to the annoyance of the ladies in the house.

Here's a silly question. On the 2009 E90 are the rear turn signals still amber? Are the lenses discernibly amber when no lit?

Turn lights (or even indicators) must be yellow in colour. Not allowed white as it will fail MOT test. I've had to pay to get a yellow bulb fitted as all the yellow had peeled off on my last car.

Its mentioned somewhere in the highway code regs.

OK. Just checking they haven't done something daft.
