BMW 320D E90 (2006) - Dash lights & "ding" !

Hi guys, so my 320d E90 has an odd fault where when driving a "ding" occurs & then the traction control light, ABS, etc all come on & the sound from the radio also cuts out? If driving at night it will also switch the main beam back to dip beam?? Very odd & annoying!!

Recent new battery (3 months) , fully coded in also. Recent new rear driveshafts and ABS rings & sensors.

Really struggling with what this is? Once the vehicle is switched off & the key removed to "reset" after some 2 minutes the vehicle will then drive as normal but then the next day it'll happen again??

Thanks in advance for any help!

To Add:

the wipers also come on randomly & you're unable to turn them off / control them without stopping the vehicle , removing the key & waiting for the car to reset?

This came to mind as it stood out to me when I first read the Bentley manual. Just noticed it says N51 but worth looking into.

You definitely need to pull all the codes out of the system using an advanced scanner, INPA, or ISTA. When you say there's no codes, you may be using a simple OBD scanner that can only read limited data from the ECU.
There are about 20+ other modules in the car that store "shadow" codes specific to BMW. They cannot be retrieved through regular OBD readers. My BlueDriver OBD scanner is able to pull them but it doesn't know the description for all of them so you have to Google the codes to understand it. On the other hand, something like INPA is made by BMW for BMW that can read and interpret all the shadows codes. Another good off the shelf scanner is Carly but it comes with in-app purchases.
