E93 Headlights turned on causing warnings

Hey guys,

I have a problem with my 2009 E93. Whenever I turn on my headlights my dashboard goes crazy with warning lights and att eh dials (Speedo, Fuel etc) just go crazy moving up and down.

I have changed the battery for a brand new OEM battery from bmw and had it registred. I have tried swapping the PDC module but no luck.

When connected to the laptop its says the module are not communicating when the headlights are turned on, however if they are turned off the car run perfectly.

Any suggestions on what the problem could be??

I'd look for rodent damage on the headlight wiring harness.

Had a look and the wires for the headlights look fine.
