climate control question acting weird

Recently noticed that the passenger side changes on its on by one notch when the car is started. This happens regularly. Pressing the all button changes it to match the driver side.

Wondering if anyone else has seen this? I can live with it but would be nice if it did not occur.

Do you always have the all button on? Just leave it in and should start with it on and temps synced.

i have it set on however it turns off and temp is changed without me doing anything.

Do you even them out when all is not set... It should go back to last memory it had before all..
