N53 to n52 hybrid

Hi all

Just musing here but then it could be a valid thought

Has anyone considered mating the a N53 short block to a n52 head

There could be a better option out there but I'm a newbie to BMW

This would convert from direct injection to port injection for one

Would make it easier to add forced induction and if my thinking is correct would stand up to it well as the bottom end is meant to be stouter than the n52

Any feedback or criticism greatfully received

Lee
