BMW Sales Drop

So what are the chances of negotiating better deals for MY09s? I would think that considering the circumstances, buyers would be able to negotiate deals below invoice.. But then again its BMW, I could be totally wrong...

I got about 10% off for a BMW 335i from my dealer (in Germany).

Newby

Expecting delivery this week on my e90 335x drive with SP, Auto, Premium, Nav, Logic 7, Cold Pkge, all weather mats & mud guards. Ti Silver with black int. All in $50,000k with 2.9% financing. Dealer dropped price by $500 when I started to get antsy about pulling the trigger.

Any thoughts on this deal?

I got quoted $500 over INVOICE price. Most folks are getting thiers anywhere between $500 and $1000 over invoice. You can make great deals on 08s, however the 09s are not budging below $500.. my CA told me that the 25% down in September was projected, so they had planned to drop sales.. but to make up for it with rising prices overall..

I don't think you can re-negotiate after you already put a (non-refundable) deposit down...I mean...the dealer its not stupid.

Over here in the States we have laws and lawyers to make sure the CA's follow the these laws.
