.9% finance offer for entire BMW product line
Thinking about a 135 coupe and interest rate is very attractive, should I order the car with current rate offer by BMW finance ?

08 M3's, even coupes, are at 0.9. Was it an 09 M3?

as for financing rates...they need to get rid of all 08s as they are currently being depreciated every second. honestly, buy only if you have the money. I never seen so many new cars for sale on Roundel and elsewhere.

I was looking at BMWUSA.com yesterday and they were advertising everything, yes even the coupes (I double checked to make sure I was seeing right), at .9%

The economy has gone to shit. BMW is selling at .9% because holding out is too risky and they must sell, sell, sell. The BMW factory in Leipzig is shutting down car production for the last week in October becuase of a 15% worldwide drop in sales. 20,000 new cars that were headed for the U.S. market will be diverted to Russia and/or China instead.

0.9% is on all 08 models. None of the 09's are listed.

I never thought I'd see the day that BMW's have financing at 0.9%. and then one complains about 1.9% for an M3...come on......

this is probably a dumb question, but if I am currently financing with BMW (5.9%) is it possible to re-finance on my existing car with them, or are these rates only on a new car?

of course not... only for a new car, PLUS the only way to get any refi from BMW is the threat (stated or implied) that some other lending source is willing to refi (give you a loan) at a significantly lower rate than what you have thru BMW. So you want a lower rate/refi, you should be shopping for it elsewhere. Then if you find something truly lower (like 1% lower than what you have or better), you can then approach BMW to see if they'll budge...

that's what I figured. my company hooks us up with a credit union that usually has low rates, i should check them out.

If you check the loan details, the payoff amount probably includes all the interest you're supposed to pay anyways, so refinancing wouldn't help.
