Bootmod3 Stage 2+ Race Gas Results

Didn't see a thread on the race gas map so I thought I would post my findings with some quick logs. It runs pretty smooth. Power feels similar to the E30+. The biggest benefit is that it's much less taxing on the fuel system, especially in cold weather.
I simply threw 16oz of Boostane Professional into 3/4 tank of pump 93(should equate to 101/102 octane) and let it mix and adapt for a good 45 minutes before getting into it.

Some quick dragy runs tell me it's quick for sure but still slower than an old e30 custom map I put together on the stock hpfp. I will test more since I still have a half tank left in the car. It's definitely convenient and strong for a ots map that can be run by just ordering a bottle from amazon if all you have is 93 nearby or are cycling through 93 in between e85 fillups.

Thats a solid trap on stock turbo, maps running strong.

Out of interest what rpm are you shifting? I've found shifting around 6000 rpm to be the quickest.

Love seeing N55 results like this that only requires an HPFP, some octane, and an OTS map!

Daleb we’ll have to get some race gas and 1/4mi numbers in your Stg 2+ OTS M2 thread! https://f87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1774687

Do you have a log from your car under similar conditions/road from any of your old tune(s) like the custom E30 map?

I'll see if I can dig it up but the biggest difference of the top of my head is more timing less boost(due to the stock hpfp). Up to some VD wizardry? lol

Yeah, interested to see how the 2 to 2+ race gas compares to the 2 to 2+ ethanol map.
