I liked the Cerium grey badge of the M340i but they don't make one for the 330i, oh well. I bought Two, I took the "3" from the 2nd badge, then turned around and sold it back on eBay for the same price I bought it! Bingo.

That's actually pretty creative! Looks OEM and bound to make a few people do a double take

Should have left it as 330i and ditched the M. M330i isn't even a real model...

Ah good. As long as there are more cerium grey parts, it should gel well

Thought about it, I am keeping it though, considering an X7 elephant nowadays has the ///M slapped on it regardless if it has M parts installed or Not that's an Abomination, Period!
BMW sold their Soul the moment anything "M-Sport/M-performance" was created. I get it, they are in the money making business, but as a purist I still shake my head!!! Therefore, this is nothing more than a salute to that ///M heritage in my part! If anyone believes I am trying to fool them into believing this is anything more than a creative "330i" Badge, they are wasting their time. I could have easily left the badge intact as a "M340i" if that was the case!

Are they adhesive? And are the existing ones hard to get off without harming the paint? I found a source for the OEM nameplates but it doesn't indicate how they are attached. https://www.bmwpartsworldwide.com/oe...te-51148079594 |

What the, I didn't even notice there was a Cerium grey badge. I'm old and my car's ass is bare.

Eh, "purists"....guardians of some secret SOP who oppose any change in recipe to protect the very foundation of the tried and tested sacred status quo they are comfortable with, dare anything unique dilute the exclusivity of their club. The most vocal and obnoxious of the bunch are often self-righteous stick-in-the-muds resistant to evolution and allergic to an original thought/idea, and believe their way is the only way, always. Instead of just ending it with "I don't dig it, not my vibe", you'll often get a seminar on how you're desecrating the sanctity of ether itself.
"Purists" still can't get over the M badge on the M340i/M550i and constantly berate anyone who dares compare the two. It's the same group of people who gave me constant grief for not giving a half a sh*t about keeping my '72 Firebird "numbers matching" or putting 20's on my '69 Toronado. Also the same group who hated that I think CCW Classics look like a shower drain and I went with 5-spokes on my MK4 Supra instead. And that's just the automotive world... have you ever run into a whiskey snob at a bar? I take opinions seriously when they represent some objective insight on a quantifiable metric gleaned through a personal experience... "7-bolt 4g63t motors aren't reliable because Mitsubishi didn't machine the cranks properly in a sizeable majority of those motors, and you have a high probability of crankwalk, happened to me twice." Cool, noted. vs "You put an M in front of the 330i! You wannabe poser loser faker liar fibber yarn-spinning cheater scammer Nigerian prince 90-day fiancé schmuck! How dare you! Oh the HUMANITY!" Bro...can I recommend a good Sativa? If I had a dime for every "purist" I've ever pissed off....good thing I was born with flamesuit straight from the factory /rant

It was a bit of work to come off and be 100% clean 🧼 from the original adhesive. I used dish soap, it worked great.
