Reason is that i think we pay extortional amounts for labour and most the ones in london are shit. I'm really interested to see what you guys have had in regards aftersales care.
E.G. - this happened to me by the way ! Gave my car in for somthing minor (brake pads), and the mechanics trashed my interior and put grease marks all over my beige carpet, scuffed the the door sill part and put grease marks all over the leather. Sa apologised and got it cleaned for me and didnt even replace mats. Then to get a coin removed from the ashtray I got quoted £180.00 per hour. Even one of the guys told me its a ripp off. Nice real nice.. Are all of you lot having these types of issues with servicing and labour rates ?

There is a sticky thread for naming and shaming (or indeed praising) UK BMW dealers HERE: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=49029
BMW Battersea are the best I've experienced in London as they are BMW UK and not a "dealer" |

As Paul has said, there is a sticky thread about this topic already, so this thread is now closed.
