Another door rattle with fix

Rattles, the bane of BMW owners. Just want to share another rattle find and fix. This one emanates from interior door. Mine was passenger front and rear driver. I ripped the doors off at least a dozen times and padded with various materials including felt tapes and foam.

It ended up being the thin clear LED light strip underneath the accent light trim cover that runs horizontal to the door, just 4-5in below the window. All you have to do is shove the thin clear filament strip back up into place. Solved. See pic.

Bit of a late reply but would you have to take the door card or can you just push it up while the door card is still on?

I did my rattling door pin recently. I prised the small trim piece up with 2 plastic trim tool levers. It takes a bit of force. But lever it quickly.

Those ambient light guides can't be accessed from the rear of the door card anyway, your best solution is to do it whilst it's still on the car. When I removed mine for some aftermarket lighting strips I had to literally snap the guides out as they're super brittle and are pretty much locked in.
