i think hes good enough to do it with just a solid roster around him. Similar to dirk and the 2010 team. Good role players who complimented his play and balled out when it mattered.

Mavs would be smart to try and move him this off-season, especially if he has a great postseason. He’s a 7’3 giraffe with bad knees so they should sell high.

I am a huge MAVS fan myself, and I had a feeling that this was going to happen. The MAVS literally have no defense. That’s been the story all year long. Richardson was brought in to help on the defensive side, but he and
Porzingis haven’t brought much to the table this year. The Clippers made adjustments the last two games and I wouldn’t be surprised if they win the series.

It's essentially 2 vs. 1
They can't or don't need to stop Doncic so just let him get his
Put your 2 best defenders on the other Mavs players and stop them
Mavs can't stop BOTH PG and Kawhi so the Duo will out stat just Doncic
Last I checked the Mavs had a 7-3 guy on their team who's being defended by a guy at least 6-7 inches shorter than him

While on the Knicks he was more balanced on both ends of the court. I don’t know if it’s his knees that has changed his game or his sour relationship with Luca. Either way, I see that he has given up but this is another reason why the Mavs need to move him this off-season. However, they don’t have much draft capital and his contract is ridiculous so it’ll be interesting what they decide to do with him.

but if Luka can be on his game in game 6, its over. For how much he did in game 5, he left a lot to be desired at times and it woulda been a blowout if he had it all together.

Makes me think his neck is bothering him more than we are told.
