When logging which main parameters to record?

Ok I only just figured out where my auto logs from MHD are (there are hundreds of them lol)on my phone and how to view them on datazap, quite self explanatory viewing wise but don't think I selected the right parameters to monitor.

For example people talk about knock and timing but I was not evidently recording that.

So when I next record, what main parameters should I tick off in MHD please?

Air to fuel ratio should be crucial
