M Performance makes a splitter to add to the bottom edge of that M Sport front bumper…

Those are both m sport bumpers. M sport and m performance seem to go hand in hand and mean the same thing. I believe the LCI got a minor update to the front bumper.

Besides base, there is M sport, and M3 style. There are replica M3 style bumpers manufactured in Taiwan which are identical in quality to OEM. GoodGo is reputable aftermarket manufacturer.

Here is my M3 style front bumper painted and unpainted. Cost me $250 on eBay. $350 to paint

Last one is probably just primer before the paint job.

That is correct. The last one is pre paint. The matte is a primer. Bumper comes primed. I was test fitting the bumper since it's a replica. Don't want to paint and then find out it doesn't fit. If you go replica, make sure it's made in Taiwan. Not China. Goodgo brand looks, feels, and fits like oem. $250 + 350 paint = 600 total for front bumper. Completely transformed the look of the car. I did not do the M3 style front fenders and probably won't in the future either.

Here's another shot the other day. My $30 ebay front lip exploded on the highway. It was thin plastic. Don't mind the sides still attached.
