Engine Noise

Anyone know what this could be?

Car only makes this noise while it's cold & goes away after it warms up.

RPM dependent?

Probably belt tensioner, or something else on the system (AC/alt pulley, etc). Belt tensioner is pretty common.

I took this video while idling but it gets a little louder when rpms go up. Then stops after 3k rpm. Then stops all together when car gets warm.

I found the drive belt tensioner on FCP Euro. Should I replace the part or the part & belt all together?

Yes, tensioner and belt... there's probably even a kit for it. Do a google or forum or youtube search, there's tons of videos and posts about it. I had mine done under warranty but it should be a quick fix.
