This weekend I experienced the fact that all functionality regarding cruise control are disabled when putting on my bicycle rack.

Am I doing something wrong os is this confirmed and attended behaviour.

I understand that the back camera won't work but the front to support the cruise control should be possible ... not?

No, it´s correct that much of the driving assistance are disabled when something are connected to the trailer hitch socket. I suppose it's for safety reasons, since steering input from the system could have an impact on a trailer. The car unfortunately can't distinguish between a trailer, a bike rack or something else, nor is it possible to adjust that in the settings, which I would have preferred.

Yep, because most of the bicycle racks are smaller then our tail lights! But it might be not legal though.
