Too many members from So Cal on here so we must have an LA LAKERS thread!!

6-0 start!! What do you guys think of tonight's game vs. The Hornets, 2nd back to back road game for the Lakers.

Hornets are favored by 1.

I'd love to see Jordan get some experience on CP tonight. He'll need it in the future games, not to mention the post season.

Me too. Portland v. Miami is on ESPN at the same time. A decent game for the national audience but not on par with a potential conference final preview like the Lakers v. the Hornets.

can't do it. if you ever knew me IRL, i'm the biggest dallas homer (except the damned rangers...psh baseball!) my teams are really good at having great rosters but not doing anything with them. i like the lakers just fine, but i like the suns more.

although now that marion is gone from the suns, it's a little different. i hate shaq but love shawn marion but hate miami (for obvious reasons.

I hate the Lakers (I'm a Jazz fan myself) but I have to admit thats a beast of team you guys have there.

I know.. I used to signify a few players with glory but now I think the whole damn team is good (starters and bench who actually play)

I think LA's greatest asset is their motivation. Motivation from last year's humiliation at the hands of the Celtics...so despite the fact that these guys are actually skilled and playing team-concept, hello somebody, they are motivated to get back to the Finals for a shot at Boston...go LA!...and no, not the Clips!
