Flip opportunity?

Don't know much about 7 series but I know they can be pricy and seems like this could be a flip opportunity given the engine work?

Says it just has a seized motor, would it be worth the effort?

Any thoughts or opinions welcome

That's a pile of junk. No one will buy that thing and you're going to have to pay for a tow truck to get it off your driveway.

Only good as a parts car. I am sure it would cost more than it would be worth to repair.

KBB estimates that in good condition (running) it is worth about $13,000 as a private party sale.

Do this, and only this, away from that thing.

What little profit you could even hope to make is assuming all goes according to plan.
