Driving ix3 on motorways

Hi all
I've had the ix3 for about a week now, beautiful to drive generally, but when I'm on motorways the back feels like it's swaying all over the place.
Anyone else feel it's like this?
Cheers

Hi

I've had mine for six weeks and have had a couple of fast motorway run's.
I have off course a bit more swaying than my old BMW 330D, but not unnormal swaying for a high car.

Mine is with 20" yokohama 275/40-20 on the back
and i have the "Apaptive M suspension 2VF" option

Best JAN

Thanks for replying,
Mine didn't come with the adaptive m suspension, maybe I just need to get used to a higher car!

Every BMW I've had (and it does seem to only be BMWs for some reason) has been very twitchy on new tyres as they 'machine' themselves down to match the camber set up of the car, particularly at the back. My guess would be that it'll settle down in a few hundred miles.

Also perhaps check the tyre pressures - dealers don't always bother!

Keep us posted!

Cheers for replying, maybe it is new tyres but also checked tyres and they were over inflated, hopefully this will help 👍

Also pay attention to the road surface, many motorways have grooves in the slow Lane where the big trucks run and because their wheels are further apart the car can drive from side to side
