Throttle closes under wot after shift.

When under wot after shift, throttle closes. I’ll be at full pedal, throttle will close to 30% from 80%. I’m overboosting after shifting by 2lbs. Replaced boost solenoids as well and still no good. This has happened for months now, I can’t figure out what’s causing the throttle to close

Do you have shift bog delete fix on.
