See attached ScreenPrints from ISTA, and also "E9x References, 210523 Revision" which has LINKS to Software Downloads.

As the first diagram shows, the Blue/Yellow wire from Front-Left Repeater goes to Pin #44 of FRM Connector X14261 (X14261/44).
Second diagram shows Location of FRM & X14261, & 3rd diagram shows Connector View of X14261.
I would suggest using a Multimeter to determine IF you have voltage at X389/2 ("flashing") when Left signal active.
Measure that voltage in reference to GOOD chassis Ground. THEN check "Continuity to Ground" at X389/1, Brown wire.
First attachment shows location of Ground Point X165 under hood on Left side. Compare RF Repeater with similar wiring.
Please let us know what you find,
George

Thanks for the answers! Ive been at my lokal BMW dealer for a yearly oil service today! And told them about the issue, found out that the connection in the FRM was "fried"! Next step is to either replace the whole FRM or try to renovate it! We have a good firm in sweden who does this kind of renovations! Calling them tomorrow.👍🏻
