really liked this, was too short of a overview though imho, should have gone another 15 min more in shop talk of design details/decisions.

Probably even more than the 4er, the G42 is definitely a car you need to experience in person. It doesn't make the car perfect and the weird angles and body lines are evident, but you get a greater understanding of how some parts of the car flow together that you can't really capture through a photo.

Thundernight Metallic is definitely the paint to get on this car.

Thanks for posting this, a great video! It's amazing the amount of lines and "detail" in the surfaces of the car. Some seem bizarre, but overall I think it looks premium and muscular. I cant wait to see it in person!

The black sideskirts really bother me, especially on a color as cool as Thundernight. I wonder if it would be worth it to get a bodyshop to try and match the paint and get them painted body color.

Has anyone done a Photoshop yet with the skirts and rear "diffuser" paint matched to the body color?
