M3 Saloon....darkened rear lights and roof rack?
Hi Guys,
I've just gone and swapped my 2007 320d touring for a 2008 M3 saloon....can't wait to get it, haven't driven one yet but sure I will be more that happy! Just a couple of questions and any help in much appreciated. Firstly, I was after changing the rear lights to Darkline ones. Are these just standard 3 series rear lights or are they M3 specific. Also, where to get them? And, being big into my Mountain Biking... I have a Thule Rack which connected to the roof bars on my old car. Do the M3 saloons have the same fixing points as the other non-tourer 3 series? Thanks for any help guys. All the best |

The lights are called blacklines. Available from your dealer or on ebay
You will love the V8, it is an awesome engine |

Ask your dealer. I would expect the M3 saloon has an identical roof to the standard 3 series saloon as its not c/f like on the coupe

Welcome to the club Holjon... there's only one thing you'll hate about the M3... and that's the 250 mile tank range. Other than that, they are STONKINGLY GOOD !
Look forward to the picks. What coulour combo have you gone for? My local stealer had a Space Grey w Black leather with a roof system on for a while, so they definatly fit. +++ |

I've gone for a Silvestone with Black Leather and the normal extras like Bluetooth, EDC, 19's and DAB. Yeah, the 250 miles per tank will be a shock after nudging 600 with my Diesel. But I have a lickle Clio as a run about so wont be too bad. Can't wait, Wednesday's the day! |
