Run flat All season Tires Harsh ride!

When i originally tested my 2022 M240i it was warmer and i was on good roads. Now its colder, in the 30-40's. the ride feels very harsh. will increasing or decreasing PSI help with this issue? or do i need the switch to a non RFT all season? any recomendations
thanks

Replace with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S' and problem solved. That's what I did when I had my 340i. Huge difference.

Yah, the Michelin Pilot Sport All-Season 4's would be a huge upgrade.

If you live in NJ you can't run Michelin PS4S in the winter.

Ideally you would run PS4S in the summer and a winter/snow tire in the winter months. Decreasing PSI will help slightly, but that's like putting lipstick on a pig.

Funny, I put the Eagle Exhilarate on my car last year and was really impressed.
Left them on for last winter due to Work From Home and was shocked how good they were for light winter use.
I am a big proponent of proper winter tires, so had not used all seasons in snow in 15 years.

Put Winter Command Ultras on for this winter to replace worn Blizzaks due to more winter travel expectations.

Good point. I didn't notice he was back east. However, doing away with RFT's is a good idea no matter what.

I'm finally getting used to the all season run flats. The main issue for me is the quality of the roads i drive on. Smooth pavement is heaven! On poor quality roads I can hear and feel the difference. I have a GTI with Pilot sport AS4's and they don't feel great on poor roads either. What's your experience with Run Flats?

Pretty much all run flats these days on low profile setups have an extremely harsh ride. They can be considered run flats because they have extremely stiff sidewalls which is where most of the shock absorption from the tires come from. I had them on my M240i and they sucked. Switched out to some non run flats and it was a night and day difference.

I had run flats on my 2018 230i and didn't find them too harsh. But that said, I did select non-run flat Performance tires for my M240 order that I do prefer
