Wrapping plastic elements - any risks?

iX3perts,

I'm picking up my MSport Pro in 2 weeks on a 4 year lease. Not sure how I feel about the blue and grey plastic elements so considering vinyl wrapping.

Wondering if anyone has experience with vinyl wraps on front bumper/diffuser and maybe wheels on a lease vehicle? Expect I'll wrap and then remove before returning the lease and from what I've read this shouldn't cause any issues with paint or scratching if done professionally.

Anyone have considering vinyl wrap on the blue plastic bits?

Why didn't you order the extended shadow line then?
Or do you mean the blue rings around the BMW badges?

It the ‘Frozen Grey Exterior Design Elements’ that has to be selected to replace the blue, but with the BMW ‘build for stock’ you can’t always get exactly what you want

I forget it's got a different name in the iX3. It's extended shadow line on my i4.
I'm surprised they have stock orders with all the shortages.
