Steering Wheel Trim

Has anyone replaced the silver trim on their steering wheel? I want to replace it or lay carbon fiber over it. Anyone know where I can find something like that at a reasonable price?

I swapped steering wheels and certain you will have to completely remove the airbag to open it up and then disassemble the trim. See video below on how to remove the airbag.
