Shift Knob replacement option

Has anyone seen a replacement option for the shift knob to have it be similar to the leather M one that comes in all of the M cars?

I know that you can't use that one because those cars have the transmission options selector button in the shift knob, but I'd like to find another option that gets it somewhat close.

The standard one seems like it is/will be prone to scratch easily from normal use. The carbon fiber stick on things don't look good either imo. So a leather version may be really good.

Was waiting to see if anyone had anything to add. All I've seen so far is the carbon and the crystal.
