Adaptive recuperation error?

Had my Prem. pro for 2 weeks now. Been back to dealer for not recognising profile issue, now I noticed in the Energy Recuperation menu under the Adpative setting that “Due to vehicle recognition sensor failure this is unavailable.” (or something similar)
Anyone else had a similar message?

Have you removed the protection film from the front radar yet?

👀 I will have a look at that 😅. I presumed the dealer would have sorted that - but the experience so far doesn’t give me faith.

It also appears that the Comfort Access and ‘kick to open’ boot have failed now too 🥺

Happened to see another post where someone was taking their car to service, until they noticed that the front radar had still the wrapper.. 😜

I've noticed 'kick to open' requires very sharp and quick movement under the bumper.

For the boot we have found you need to stand about an arm's length back from the badge and kick in and out quite quickly.

So had a look and there was no film on the radar, but checked in the settings and the error message has cleared - very odd!

Tried the ‘kicky boot’ as everyone suggested and it does work too! Needs a bit of a knack.

Same thing with the Comfort Access. I turned on the option for acoustic confirmation as I wasn’t confident in it locking and I’ve noticed that you need to stand next to the car until all doors etc are shut before walking away- or it doesn’t lock.
