First of all, hello I've just purchased a E93 2011 N55 335I.

Secondly, I have a noise that I cannot workout what it is. The noise sounds like a loose bearing and its coming from just below the alternator, it also only comes on as the engine drops the revs. No noise when reving the engine, however as the engine settle's this is when the sound comes in.

I thought it was the wastegate rattle, but no realise its in the wrong place, I hopeful its only a pully but naturally thinking the worst.

Can any help put my mind at rest.
